PawsitiveNYC Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

The PawsitiveNYC Referral Program is designed to reward both our professional partners and our loyal customers who refer new clients to our dog walking services. By participating, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

📌 Program Overview

The Referral Program is divided into two tracks:

• Track A – Professional Referrers (doormen, concierges, pet professionals, building partners)

• Track B – Customer Loyalty Referrals (existing PawsitiveNYC customers referring friends, family, or neighbors)

Both tracks apply to referrals for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Walk Plans, as well as Single/Weekly Walks.

🔹 Track A – Professional Referrers

1. Eligibility

Open to:

• Doormen, concierges, porters, superintendents, building managers, leasing offices

• Pet professionals (groomers, veterinarians, trainers, walkers, etc.)

• Residential buildings and community partners

2. Referral Process

• Referrer receives a unique referral link or code

• Referred clients must use this code or link during their first booking or plan purchase

• Referral is valid only for first-time clients who complete at least one paid booking

3. Payout Structure

• Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Plans:

  • $50 one-time bonus upon the client’s first plan purchase

  • $20 recurring payout for every month the client remains subscribed

• Weekly/Single Walk Plans:

  • 10% commission per service booked by the referred client

• Payouts are issued monthly via Cash, Stripe, CashApp, or PayPal

4. Limitations

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited

• Monthly payouts apply only while the client remains subscribed

• If the client cancels, payouts from that referral end immediately

• PawsitiveNYC reserves the right to revoke participation in cases of fraud, spam, or abuse

🔹 Track B – Customer Loyalty Referrals

1. Eligibility

Open to:

• All current PawsitiveNYC customers with an active walk plan

2. Referral Process

• Customers receive a personalized referral link to share

• When a referred client signs up and purchases a plan, credits are automatically applied to the referrer’s account

3. Credit Rewards

• $50 in credits after the referred client completes their first month

• $20 in credits for every additional month the referred client remains on a plan

Bonus Multiplier:

• If the referrer is an active PawsitiveNYC customer, all earned credits receive a 15% boost toward services:

  • $50 credit = $57.50 applied

  • $20 credit = $23 applied

4. Credit Usage & Payouts

• Credits apply automatically to future invoices for:

  • Walk plans

  • Extra walks or add-on services

• If credits exceed the value of the plan, the surplus may be paid out via certified check upon request

• Cash payouts are available only for Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Plan holders

5. Limitations

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

• Only valid for services provided by PawsitiveNYC

• Self-referrals, fraud, or abuse will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards

🔒 Additional Program Policies

1. DisqualificationPawsitiveNYC reserves the right to cancel rewards if misuse, fraud, manipulation, or spam activity is detected.

2. Program ChangesWe may update, suspend, or terminate this Referral Program at any time. Rewards earned up to the date of change will be honored.

3. Tax ResponsibilityAll participants are responsible for reporting any income, bonuses, or credits earned as required by law.
